Life Adaptation Skills: Building Life Adaptation Skills in Children Life skills are the skills we need to deal effectively with the challenges in everyday life, whether at school, at work or in our personal lives. Students who are able to understand and use these skills, along with their educational qualifications, will be better placed to cope with life and future challenges.
